Children/Youth Ministries Of
Safe Harbor United Methodist Church

Nursery

Safe Harbor offers a nursery for your little one(s) aged 6 weeks to 3 years for all worship services, Sunday School, and Choir Rehearsals.  We have two nursery ministers at all times and volunteers in the church assist during the 10:30 a.m. service.

For our nursing mothers, we offer a quiet, private room with cribs, rocking chairs, and a changing table.   There is also a speaker and monitor in the room so that you can still receive the Word while nuturing your precious little one.

Children

The Safe Harbor Kidz ministry offers your child(ren) the opportunity to learn of our Lord and Savior in a worship experience geared specifically for those 4 years of age to 5th grade.

Every Wednesday night at 7:00 p.m. and Sunday evening at 4:30 p.m., the children's activities begin with planned activities, Bible lessons, and Choir Rehearsal.

Throughout the year at Safe Harbor, the children's ministry presents music ensembles and plays.   We feel its important for them to be a part of the whole worship experience and we cherish the blessings they continually bring to us.

United Methodist Youth Fellowship

Keeping our 12 to 18 year-olds grounded in the Word and Love of God is important to us here at Safe Harbor.   This is why we offer a Junior United Methodist Youth Fellowship for our 6th through 8th graders and a Senior United Methodist Youth Fellowship for our 9th through 12th graders.  Each group has their very own Youth Minister(s) and their own space created by them for them.

United Methodist Youth Fellowship meets every Sunday evening at 4:30 p.m. and every Wednesday night at 7:00 p.m. for lessons and activities especially for them.
